Same-Day Gunsmithing Services
Same-day service is available for many cleanings, AR jobs, firearm inspections and other minor gunsmithing work. Timing depends on the service and current workload—call or stop by for availability.

- 1Valid California identification
Bring a valid California driver license or identification card.
- 2Real ID supporting documents
If your ID says “Federal Limits Apply,” bring a valid U.S. passport, certified birth certificate or other acceptable documentation.
- 3Firearm Safety Certificate
Bring your valid FSC or qualifying exemption. FSC testing is available in store.
- 4Proof of residence
Bring a utility bill, car registration, fishing license or other accepted proof of residence.

Purchase timing
10-day waiting period
A firearm cannot be picked up until ten complete 24-hour periods have passed from the date and time the DROS is accepted—and California DOJ authorizes delivery.
Three firearms in 30 days
California generally limits purchasers to three firearms within the same 30-day period. Certain exceptions apply; contact us if you have questions.
